Product Description
Tempura is a Japanese dish of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura battering mix is a kind of Japanese batter used as coating for deep fried vegetables, fish, shrimp and seafood.
Direction:
1. Clean the shrimp of vegetable
2. Cut a slit on the back of the shrimp, making it straight
3. Prepare 100g tempura powder mix with 100ml-150ml water until it becomes thick paste
4. Dip the shrimp in the mixed paste, make the surface fully cover with the paste
5. Make some crisp flakes by frying some of the paste in oil temperature <180 ℃
6. Put the prepared shirmp in the oil and coated with crisp flakes. Deep fry until it becomes golden.
